Infused oil of bay laurel

Ingredients
- 10 g Bay leaf (Laurus nobilis)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 15 g 90° food grade alcohol
Preparation
- Grind the plant into powder or chop it finely
- Place the finely chopped leaves in a glass or stainless steel container
- Add the 90° food grade alcohol
- Mix and cover the container with a clean cloth
- Let stand for 24 hours
- Add the olive oil and stir well
- Cook in a bain-marie for 5 hours
- Strain the oil and compost the bay leaves
- Bottle and seal tightly
- Label and store in a dry, dark place
Usage
- Shake before use
- Apply the oil as needed and gently massage the affected area
