Ingredients

  • 10 g Bay leaf (Laurus nobilis)
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 15 g 90° food grade alcohol

Preparation

  • Grind the plant into powder or chop it finely
  • Place the finely chopped leaves in a glass or stainless steel container
  • Add the 90° food grade alcohol
  • Mix and cover the container with a clean cloth
  • Let stand for 24 hours
  • Add the olive oil and stir well
  • Cook in a bain-marie for 5 hours
  • Strain the oil and compost the bay leaves
  • Bottle and seal tightly
  • Label and store in a dry, dark place

Usage

  • Shake before use
  • Apply the oil as needed and gently massage the affected area
